By buying a package or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.
2. Our services
We provide web design and development, AI automation and graphic design services. Each package on this site lists what is included, the usual timeline and what we need from you. Custom work is agreed in a written proposal before it starts.
3. Orders
When you buy a package, we will email you within one working day to confirm the details and agree a start date. We may decline an order if the work is not something we can deliver well, and if we do, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each package and are paid in full at checkout. Custom projects are invoiced by Dwyryd Ventures Ltd on the payment terms set out in the proposal.
5. What we need from you
Timelines start once we have the content, access and information listed in your package. Delays in providing these will move the timeline.
You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, logos or trademarks you send us, and that using them in your project will not break anyone else's rights.
6. Revisions and changes
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. Extra revisions, or changes to the agreed scope, can be quoted separately before any extra work is done.
7. Ownership
Once your order is paid in full, you own the final designs, website content and automation workflows we create for you.
Third party software, themes, fonts, stock images, plugins and apps remain under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Third party services
Some work relies on services from other companies, such as Shopify, hosting providers, AI platforms and automation tools. Their fees and terms are between you and them, and we are not responsible for changes, price increases or outages on their side.
9. Support
Each package includes the support period stated in its description. Work after that period can be arranged separately.
10. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and we have not started work, we will refund you in full. If work has started, we will refund the value of the work not yet completed. Once final files are delivered or the project is launched and approved, the package is complete and not refundable.
If we are unable to deliver what the package describes, we will refund you in full. Fees paid to other companies, such as domains, apps and software subscriptions, are not refundable by us. Full details are in our Refund policy.
11. Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you placed your order applies to that order.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
