2. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you and deliver our services:
- When you contact us: your name, email address, company or website and the details of your message.
- When you buy a package: your name, email address, billing address, phone number if you give it, and your order details. Card payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number.
- During a project: the content, files and account access you share with us so we can do the work.
- When you visit our website: technical information such as your device, browser, pages visited and cookies, collected through our website platform, Shopify.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and send you quotes.
- To deliver the services you buy, including support after launch.
- To take payments, send invoices and handle refunds.
- To keep business, accounting and tax records.
- To keep our website secure and understand how it is used.
- To send you news or offers, but only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Our legal reasons for using it
Under UK data protection law we must have a reason for using your information. Ours are:
- Contract: to deliver a service you have bought or asked us to quote for.

- Shopify, which hosts our website and store.
- Payment providers, which process card payments.
- Email and productivity tools we use to communicate and manage projects.
- Software used to build your project, such as hosting, automation or AI tools, where the work needs it.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, and authorities where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of the services we use are based outside the UK. When your information is transferred abroad, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are needed for things like the cart and checkout to work. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent where the law requires it. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner on this site or your browser settings.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 12 months.
- Order, invoice and payment records are kept for 6 years, as required for UK tax and accounting.
- Project files and access details are kept for the length of the project and support period, then deleted or returned to you.

We use sensible measures to protect your information, including limiting who can access it. If you share logins with us for a project, we use them only for that work, and we recommend you change them after handover.
10. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email irfanaliukwise@outlook.com. We will reply within one month.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
